UNI will process your online order within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock.Occasionally items may be oversold. All backorder items will ship as we receive them in the shop and therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together.

We will contact you if any of your items are backordered in the event changes are needed to proceed with the order. UNI ships all orders via UPS, USPS or FedEx, Tuesday through Friday. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout.

All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages.

For larger orders please note that the shipping charges stated are considered a general quote/estimate. We will be in touch if the shipping cost needs to be altered.

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

Orders can be tracked via the UPS, USPS and/or FedEx website after the order has shipped. A confirmation email will be sent with the details of the order.

Certain Fragile and/or Larger products that require special handing carry a special shipping fee.

In some instances, particularly for furniture and other larger items will be sent via freight forwarder. All shipments via the freight forwarder will be delivered via curbside delivery, unless you have already arranged for white glove delivery through customer service. Uni Home Store will not be responsible for any costs for additional delivery services.
